NHS Talking Therapies is for people with mild, moderate and moderate to severe symptoms of anxiety and low mood in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with a long term physical health condition, NHS Talking Therapies is a free NHS service providing a range of psychological support to help you with symptoms of anxiety, panic or low mood.
