PRACTICE NURSE
Our Practice Nurse is available on selected days to give advice and help in many areas including Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension, Coronary Heart Disease, Family Planning and COPD etc.
She will conduct annual reviews for all patients with long term illnesses regardless of whether you attend hospital clinics or not, such as Chronic Heart Disease, Diabetes, Asthma, Hypertension etc. She is also able to give advice and administer any necessary vaccines for travel abroad. Please contact surgery to make an appointment. Nurse Angela works with us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
HCA
Our HCA offers different review checks to help support you with your health. Claire offers checks in NHS Health checks, weight reviews, smoking cessation, BP/Hypertension reviews. Claire works with us on Monday and Friday.
